You Give Me Hope. Dandelion number 20

I look at your smiling face.

You're so weak and yet you have such strength.
You take a glance around this place.
And you make the best of everything.

You give me hope in-spite of everything.
You show me love even with so much pain.

So I'll take this life and live like I was given another try.

We laugh, we cry.

Sometimes we're broken and we don't know why.

And I'm tired and I lose my way. You help me find faith,
You give me hope in-spite of everything.

You show me love even with so much pain.
So i'll take this life and live like I was given another try, just give me another try.
No, I haven't written this (you wish :P).

Dreams are my reality. Dandelion number 19

"Dreams are my reality..."

Good song, good quote.
What are your dreams?
Are they reality? Your reality?
Sometimes we need to ask ourselves this question.
Are we living our dreams or are we just waiting for them to happen?

Hmmm... Probably, for me, it'd be the second one. I'm always making up plans, thinking about the future, missions, uni, freedom, travels, boyfriend, marriage, job, kids, whatever, just to escape the life I am living right now. Which is not bad, but by doing so I risk to miss the most important things that I'd be able to do now.

So I need to learn this (and I'm pretty sure that I am not the only one):
Dream, hope and work hard to achieve what you really want in life. But do not despair if you don't manage to carry out your dreams as soon as you would like to. Be patient and don't give up. One day, the dreams that come from the very deep of your heart, will come true.

Yup, you're right: easier to say than to accomplish that.

I think that maybe we should ask God for help. I am serious. Cause He knows us better than we do (that's incredibly awesome!). He knows our dreams, our fears and our limits. And especially with the last ones, He is going to make a beautiful garden out of that. A garden full of pretty and colorful flowers, which might be small, but smell nice and give joy to people surrounding us. The weeds that infested the garden of our hearts, will be gone and their empty place is going to be occupied by some beautiful Dandelions, whose seeds bring away peace and happiness (remember "qasedak" (قاصدک), the small postman who brings good news?).

Ok, why am I philosophing so much right now? Keine Ahnung.
Got too much time to think.
Actually, I should be sleeping by now. Silly Julie.
